This was a 3-Hour Run Clinic we gave to the Houston “Jill B. Nimble Tri Group,” one of the teams we sponsor. We taught them a systematic, easy to implement, daily training method to improve their running. This training program was designed to shave a minute or more off of their pace as well as prevent the most common sports injuries associated with running incorrectly. We have already had great feedback and results from participants in the clinic who have followed our program. This is a 6-8 week commitment, to seek the results we claim.
